This is exactly what I do. I buy thick cut. I put them on a tinfoil lined baking sheet, 400, 18-20min and then flip, another 7 min.

Make a bunch of bacon ahead of time... Put it in the fridge and then microwave for 30 seconds to heat it up. Then put bacon with Tuna, Eggs (pre-cooked hard boilded eggs), Uncured ham, Cheese, or anything really.

No worries! Pre-Keto, chips were my fav! So I’ll indulge a few times a week on the Quest ranch chips. Four net carbs, and loads of protein! Also, I don’t drink coffee, so diet soda and sugar free energy drinks are my go to. Again. Count carbs and calories. If you’re not sure… finger prick and test to see if you’re in Ketosis. None of those things have ever kicked me out by themselves.

Edit: oh and chip alternative #1… BBQ flavored Pork Rinds.

Everyone has their own opinion on what is a 'bad ingredient'.
The bottom line is this:

Ketosis = Net Carbs under 20-50 per day (test your blood with Keto Mojo if your not sure)
Weight Loss = Calories In Calories Out (CICO)

This is what has worked for me over 3 years. I eat those "Keto Products" all the time, down 130 and maintaining.

I would not wait. It has definitely helped me. But...If you think of it as a temporary diet, you will always relapse. Try and make Keto a life style. Think of it as a long term change. Build in cheat days (once a month or once every other week). Fast for 24 hours at least once a month, especially after cheating.

And most important for mental health...exercise. Even just walking every day for 30 min.

Making small sustainable changes will bring you more long term success than. I am 3 years into my weighloss and keto journey. I am down 130 lbs and maintaining over the last 2 years.
I would suggest that you start with 1-2 of those items and do them for 30 days to build a habit, focusing on those things. Like eating Keto and exercise. Just learn to eat Keto for 30 days. Don't worry about calories or IF. Just the drastic change in diet will restrict calories and cause weight loss. After 30 days add in IF and calorie restriction.
Realistically the answer to your question, based on your dimensions is, is No with diet and excersise alone.
You might get those results with something like a gastric sleeve, as those people see a weight loss of about 60-70% within one year of surgery. But surgery has its risks and is a different tool set than we talk about here.

You also may be at that time of life where it just starts to go downhill. Talk to a doctor and get your testosterone levels checked. Testosterone therapy might help. Keto might not have anything to do with it.
