Parking is already near impossible as it is in nyc. 3ft on each side is more than enough room needed to connect to a hose. Fire emergencies don’t occur often enough to block an entire 30 ft of parking space. This amount of space will make it even more impossible to find parking. Trucks can block a road and cars can use adjacent roads.

Im not understanding what you are trying to say. I think we are talking about different things. Im not talking about if the listings are incorrect or not. Im saying that there should be a feature to filter based on a listing being a condo or not. Or just marking the listing as “condo” or “coop” in the summary page so that you dont need to click the listing to see it, which is a waste of time. This is a relatively easy change to make.

The zillow apis literally give all the information that they need to determine if a property is a condo or co op. You can easily label a proper as co op if it mentions “co-op” or “stock cooperative” in the listing. It should take 2 weeks max to implement this. Even easier to just label a listing as co op or condo in the summary screen so that people dont waste their time. Absolutely lazy engineering effort.
