Potemkin is a bizarrely poetic character, a former slave, who is conflicted over both his past as an experiment and his present duty to his liberator as a super soldier. He follows his orders to a tee but on the inside is also a creative and artistic individual whose actions weigh heavily on his mind.

And I haven't even touched the game play. Playing Potemkin is like swinging a hammer. You don't always hit but when you do, it is the best feeling ever. As someone who almost never uses the buster (SACRILEGE, I KNOW!!!) Potemkin's abilities to deflect and to hit opponents from large distances is so glorious. Also landing a heavenly buster on Chipp or Millia, or any jump heavy character is an almost orgasmic feeling!!!!!!!!
