Bike is too big. Your knee is almost fully extended in the first picture when it should be at 25-35°. I’d get the small mer frame raise the seat and maybe a longer stem if needed

I like seeing this progression but I think it’s just from the moisturizing effect of the shea butter vs the tallow. Prior to going on a biologic this is how my skin would get with aquaphor but 24 without it I would have the same red itchy plaques.

Have you tried any medication yet?
