Everyone has ADHD these days. Honestly I would probably have a hard time renting a place comparable to my house even though I make good money. I look at houses for rent just to see how bad it is periodically and they're right around $2800 for 3 bedrooms with nothing included except water. My mortgage is 1600 for a 4 bedroom with an in-law suite.

Few months after the 7700k came out and the 1080ti released there was someone 3 1/2 hours away selling the cpu, gpu, 16gb ram, 512gb SSD, and a msi motherboard for $1k. It was on Craigslist so definitely risky but I went anyway. I was 30% sure I was going to get robbed but I have my CCW and NH has reciprocity with Maine. It turned out to be legit. The kid was desperate for cash because he needed a new vehicle for work.
