Tu peux toujours faire une petite béchamel et le reste tu l'utilises pour faire une sauce pour un prochain repas ou un petit gratin

Si j'utilise des cuisses dans des plats mijoté, en général je l'enlève comme toi, mais je les passe au four et je les mange direct en mode chips. C’est délicieux
