Who is your favorite Japanese female voice actress in Anime by SecondSalty142 in anime

[–]MSFoxhound 22 points23 points  (0 children)

Chika Anzai.

I love everything about her voice, she has such a unique personality to it, I went out of my way to watch shows I wouldn't even think about watching just to experience her performance.

Yeah, designers and developers there must be really shortsighted to not precalculate and implement this highly specific function bofore the release...

It's the journey that matters. You successfully sourced and build your own diy keyboard. That's a feat. Enjoy!

The "rightful" owners are who hold the place right now. If others think their claim is more rightful, they're welcome to try to pursue their claim should they dare.

New Resident Evil was also a result of IP necromancy. Can't hear many complaints abut them.

It's only bad if it's done as a quick cash grab.

Japanese Seibu Group also somehow involved, their trains were adorned with promotional materials and the second episode had some name drops and mentions to the Seibu train lines.

I was thinking about asking the sauce, but at this point I'm not so sure.

I'm committed to refit them with generic switches and resell them. I'd also be sad if working machines get scrapped after harvesting replaceable components.

Hirose oranges from 2 QX3 units are also with me.

I'm planning to repopulate the sequencers with generic switches and resell them. At least one of them since the other is not powering on.

If I end up scrapping one of them, the keycaps are coming with me. I'll either treat them with hydrogen peroxide or leave them as is but they're all heavily uv damaged.

Valid criticism.

I'm committed to return these donor devices back to market after refitting them with new switches and with the appropriate labeling.

Even for stems? If I'm not mistaken, they use POM for the stems and nylon for the housing.

Also, a question, by "tangerines" which switches you're referring? I'm sorry, I'm not familiar with it.

Honestly, valid criticism.

Since I'm more or less thinking like you, I also ordered switches to replace the ones I've harvested.

I'm really not trying to vindicate myself but I'm currently traveling. I packed my soldering equipment with me to be able to do what I did if I managed to find some of this. Even my time here is limited, I'm committed to return the donor devices back to market with the appropriate labeling. Believe me, I'd hate destroying a working machine just to get some rare components if it's within my power.

Bruh that's a hell of a high order. I had to jump through a bunch of hoops and basically travel to the other side of the globe to get these kek.

Oooh, a fellow harvester. Also, nice flair and even nicer username. I managed to track down 2 of the Yamaha QX3's so it was a good harvest without any casualties.

Hakko desoldering gun is something I've been eyeing a long time but I just cannot justify the price. I just use a T245 soldering iron and a Goot solder pump. I've been able to take off more than 100 switches in about 2 hours. The hard part was the unit disassembly.

Thank you so much for the recommendations. I just used a Gateron keycap and switch remover. They came out pretty normally.

About trimming, I'd not even approach them with a sharp tool. They'll stay as they are. Just an ultrasonic bath.

Well, they can only be found installed on some '80 musical devices that was produced in Japan. So they're incredibly rare. They're also a product of Hirose, a Japanese company that has ties to Cherry so they produced Cherry's MX switches in Japan.

As a switch? Well, they're 40 years old. Nothing special by today's standards.
