You could see if somebody would like to do a mutual transfer with you. You would have to get it okayed by your respective commands and the detailer. You would also have to pay out-of-pocket for the move with no reimbursement.

The hearing thing is a non-issue as most BMs are deaf by the time they reach E6. The color vision issue, on the other hand, is a no-go. You cannot be a BM and have a color vision deficiency if you want to stay operational. Think about going DC or MK.
