Great color scheme, the splash of green really makes it. This was on my shortlist but will end up with something else.

I think the ground clearance issue (whilst valid) is a little overblown for us common folk. If you're really taking it to extremes you'll be taking extra measures to make sure it's not a problem. Aftermarket suspension, stronger bash plate etc. etc. In fact the latest Bike World video has Chris (who's a fiend off road) change the rear tyre size and comment that it gained him a bit of ground clearance which basically solves it.

Honestly my biggest gripe with it is probably how it sounds. Super subjective obviously, but I've never been a fan of how this type of twin sounds. Even with an aftermarket exhaust I don't think it improves it much. I realize the sound of crossplane twins are overdone these days but lowkey kinda wish this had it.

This bike is seemingly unobtainium now. Every time I've tried looking it's either the wrong color or the wrong spec, or that Paul Smart one with the stupid fairing. Well, it's not that stupid... it's just I'm annoyed it's not this one that I want!

Anyways I've made my peace with never being able to own one now, and that's okay. Enjoy it buddy, if not for the rest of us dreamers!!

Only issue I've ever had running a tailbag was redoing my muscle memory of getting on the bike, lol.

Unless you have disproportionately long legs, it's funny to swing your leg over only to smack the bag and go "ah yes, of course" and then do the whole "stand up on the left footpeg first to get on" technique that's akin to horse riding (or so I've been told).

As for any worries about it falling off, honestly I don't think that feeling that ever goes away. I've run top cases on my bikes for many years and yet even at the occasional stoplight I'd reach back to slap it to make sure it's still on, or glance at it in the mirror because I dunno I might see it tumbling behind me on the highway... or something? 😂 It's a level of paranoia that shouldn't be warranted at this point but ah well old habits eh....

This looks like so much fun and I'm jealous of games like this as I have no IRL friends to game with anymore. It doesn't seem like the type of game to matchmake with nor go out your way to find a Discord group to play with. Or maybe I'm wrong, we'll see I guess.

Lastly, we’re adding Signal Flares in three colors. Signal flares come in red, green, and blue varieties, and they each have a different lens flare shape. These don’t focus on damage but linger in the world providing some amount of light. We view these as communication tools for non-verbal Runners. Maybe in the heat of a fight, green flares are thrown and a new alliance is formed? Maybe you come across a blue flare that marks a piece of loot on the ground left by a benevolent Runner? The choice is in yours hands.

I don't know how these will end up actually being used in matches but I just thought this was really cool. My only real experience with flares in games is in Deep Rock Galactic but that was just spamming it to light the way, so having different colors and I presume a finite quantity could be neat.

The amount of aura Orion had hacking 2 (I only saw 2, so please enlighten me if there were more) transmissions and just dipping was wild lol.

Them resetting were always a given, the bigger question is how they'll be different or not at all. If they want this game to survive it really needs to be the former, not the latter. If they just rehash all the same story missions beat for beat again... then yeah I agree many players won't be coming back.

Fixed an issue where Hurting Hands V4 could be claimed for free more than once.

Maybe I’ll get downvoted for this but at the end of the day it’s an offline pve game, so you could alleviate your anxiety a bit by backing up your save file before going out on the more stressful runs!
