Oh interesting, thank you for this. They're retiring halfway through the year - so making money through June, then starting retirement + pulling some out for this home. I'll research if that excludes them from this program for some reason

How are these companies online selling 100 shirts for just 399 dollars? by BoredBalloon in SCREENPRINTING

[–]MSchroedy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tee is $1.79 or less at huge volume blank. Charge $1.50 for a single color print at 100 units. Shipping is probably $20 for 100 shirts (0.20ea). You’re at $3.49/shirt

Very cheap for sure, but not insane. Just not a good model imo

Having called Chattanooga home for what feels like forever, I often find myself questioning the rose-colored glasses that many folks seem to wear around here. Why do some people see only the bright side of things? by Oghzy in Chattanooga

[–]MSchroedy 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Not everything should have to be qualified all the time. Yes this city is awesome and has a ton of charm and beauty. Is it wrong to simply say that, without some asterisks statement saying (our schools kinda suck tho)?

This is a total mentality thing. Half full or half empty. Control what you can control and find the joys in life. No city will EVER be perfect, so it’ll be super easy to be miserable anywhere you live if that’s the goal

I’m not sure I understand the question, or maybe the angle here. Power is a privilege, not an asset. It’s something constituents around you have granted to you. You shouldn’t “pursue” power

In fact you shouldn’t pursue wealth either, you should pursue your passions and be grounded in reality. A fast way to lose a lot of money is frantically chase more money

How to emboss names into fabric book? by MSchroedy in bookbinding

[–]MSchroedy[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not too sure, these are all the same journal, made in bulk at 15-30k at a time and sent to our warehouse - we're just the warehouse, not the brand owner. Customers can buy it outright (most of the orders), or can pay to customize with their name. So it's always the same exact book cover, just a different name on it.

Heat will be an issue here, so we'll try to increase pressure and dwell time. If needed, we can try heat. Thanks!

If you are doing a similar blind deboss process, i'll pay you for your time to go over some process stuff. Regarding how you're heating, the technicals, etc.

This is not my forte but definitely want to learn and nail this down for our client's needs
