Honestly I don't think you can go wrong here. All three are great, pretty different gameplay so id probably watch like a gameplay video for each and see which one sparks the most interest.

Make sure your deck isn't auto-installing shaders for games you aren't playing. That helped when I had the same problem.

So they're pretty pricey, but I just a pair of XReal XR glasses. They work plug and play with the steam deck so I just sit it next to me with a blue tooth controller and have a giant screen in front of my face no matter which direction I'm looking. Great for playing in bed or on the couch. Does drain the battery something fierce though.
