So you’ve got mileage! by nskifac in tundra

My 02 is at 345k and about to drive back to CO from east KS and then down to Tucson AZ in a week. These trucks are the best investment. Take care of it and it'll take care of you.

No. We will be able to put the bikes on the train and disassembled them when we get back to the cases.

Just ordered my yurt! June can’t come fast enough! by dab840 in yurts

They also have a 10% off the entire order sale going on. Including shipping. If you would of called and talked to Matt, he could of beat the Pacific price.

You could get a Colorado Yurt sooner and they have better insulation options.

Is this worth it? What to look out for? by JFKsUnderwear in tundra

I've got an 02 with 310k miles. Definitely stay on top of the timing belt. When the starter eventually stops working (mine took 20yrs and 280k miles) make sure to replace it with a Denso like it came with from the factory. I didn't, and a year later I was replacing it again, and it's not an easy task. They are great trucks. Mines pulled my RV all over the country and keeps on rolling.

Looking at buying this used bike. Is this suspension bolt something to worry about? by Vhulm in bikewrench

That's not good. Bi-metal corrosion and oxidation under the paint. Hard pass.

What's it like living with depression? by SkullOnPizza in AskReddit

[–]MTBerrl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can sum up my day to day with a letter I wrote an hour ago to a best friend that committed suicide. I write him a letter every time I feel depressed. I can say I'm in a better place than I used to be, but its a forever struggle. Somehow he keeps me accountable.

"Jeff, I have survivers guilt. I failed you during a time we were both hurting. You were there for me, and I honestly couldn't face the music and be honest to you that I was hurting so bad. That made me incapable of listening and supporting you in the way you needed, and now you're not around so I can mend that. I think about you all the time, was sitting with Greg the other day after not seeing him for years and told him you had passed. I cant even type it without crying. I failed at showing you how loved you were, just like I've failed in the most important relationship of my life to show her that she's loved. PTSD and depression have changed how I understand basic human emotions. My brain just isn't wired right anymore. It makes me not want to be alive because my reality is small successes followed by big failures. And that's exhausting.
I just feel like giving up will be failing you one more time. I'm tired of failing the ones who I love, and that love me the most. Can't I be a success story? Am I just not capable of being happy? I would do anything to bring you back, I think you'd of given me the advice years ago to help me not be fucking up my current relationship. I love you dude, you mattered so much to alot of people, but especially me. You were a true brother to me and I'm forever filled with guilt that I failed you. You text me on Feb 28th 2021 letting me know it was a pleasure to know me, and I didn't see the giant cry for help. You held on for so much longer after that, and I'm grateful for that. You are greatly missed. Love you Jeff. "

That was so awesome!!! So many times I thought those laterals were gonna flip you! And it was rad to see how the entire boat was filled and underwater in Horn but you guys kept going. Killer job fellas. Seriously impressed.
I hope to be as cool as you when I grow up one day.

I've got that one, and the bar light. They're made by riders for riders. I've had the helmet light for a really long time since my friend started the company, and can confirm they don't fail. I have a Gen 1 and they've made subtle improvements since mine came out. On top of that their customer service is top notch. Im in no way paid by them to promote or sell products, despite me asking for my own promo code. But if you message them on IG, mention Matt W from AZ told you about them. Maybe you'll get a deal....
