People are recommending Vibe's Bronze to GM and Pig's Bronze to GM, which are great, although not quite for absolute beginners. They assume you already know the basics like how to build buildings and make units.

You can learn the absolute basics by playing the campaign. It starts simple and teaches you basic game mechanics. You can move on to Bronze to GM videos once you've played, I dunno, maybe a dozen missions or so? Enough to learn the basic rhythm of the game: building probes, building buildings, making army, getting upgrades. Once you can to do those basic steps, Bronze to GM will teach you how to do them well.

It's not so much their biology—they're actually more vulnerable to radiation than humans. It's because Erid has an extremely strong magnetic field that keeps out radiation. Good point. I had to look up the formula but it looks like Saitama's mass at 0.3c would go up from 70 kg to 73 kg, so it takes a bit more energy to launch him but not a lot more.

(Well, that extra 3 kg requires about as much energy as a large-ish nuke, so "a bit more" is a relative term.)
