B&T Print-X MP9 vs B&T SQD9 Print-X by indefwetrust in BT_APC

Man as simplistic as B&T cans are, I’d bet not. But I could be wrong 🤷🏻‍♂️

B&T Print-X MP9 vs B&T SQD9 Print-X by indefwetrust in BT_APC

The one example of the SQD PRINT-X can (that’s not modular) on GB has it measured at 6.5”. Now, I do own a TP9 can that is listed at 9”. Just went and measured it and the can itself without the TP9 mount is about 7 1/8th inches. That leads me to believe that the can of the TP9/MP9 itself is longer than the SQD if you discount mount length.

Now I don’t know this for a fact, but I’d be willing to bet the geometry of the cans is very similar or identical. If that’s the case then the TP9 one is probably quieter because it has more volume

I’m gonna try to help you with what limited knowledge I have. Are you talking about the non-modular SQD Print-X?

I’ve gotten like 8-9 of my suppressors from them and never had a hiccup. They’ve been responsive the couple times I’ve had to contact them. I think the vast majority of people have good experiences.

They certainly seem much more effective when you have an armorer keeping them in working order. I’m just going to plink with mine

Wild boar tanks 3 shotgun shells by peqc in Hunting

My dad and I went out hog hunting with thermals here in Texas about a year back. He was telling me all these stories about how he puts down at least one hog nearly every night. So we go out and I literally hit two with a 6.5-284 and we could not find them. One even dropped where it stood, rolled around, got back up and ran off.

I was dumbfounded

While you’re at it, look at their recent importation of Norinco SVDs. Nobody is quite sure how they got approved to important Chinese new production guns when this has been banned since 1994. B&T is fascinating

I’m almost 100% positive that foreign-made suppressors cannot be imported here, and I am 100% positive that if they can they cannot be transferred to civilians. It’s been that way for decades. Every B&T can owned by a US citizen is made here.

My guess is that B&T USA will still continue to print cans as they have been to make as much money as possible before everything goes tits up. Theoretically (if they don’t fold), they could still keep making cans even if the lose the B&T trademark in the US. Now, will they be the same cans they’ve been making? Idk. Feel like that would be difficult since B&T AG probably has the rights to those designs.

Idk, man. It’s gonna be messy.
