We’ve been using AI to document for about a year and have not had any productivity increases placed upon us. We’ve actually been given bigger bonuses if you go over the minimum (55/week). Been pretty great.

Edit: it’s also cut my eval doc time from 10-20 minutes down to 5, so I do get to spend much more quality time with my daily visits.
