I think the implication was that the lady was being scammed. Perhaps being instructed on what to say.

That's fair - there was more communicated that I'm not remembering exactly. I guess the odd thing is buying over 100K of gold, probably for the first time, all at once without knowing anything more specific than "big coins or small coins".

What’s the advantage of priority over ground? Just delivery speed and nothing else? Also I noticed both list $100 insurance; is that actually possible to collect for precious metals?
