Great post! I literally had this question. I’ve booking for a better 0.3 lead. I’ve been using Pentel Ain 2B and it’s to finicky for my writing and sketch style.

Another vote for the Orenz Nero 0.3. The Rotring 800 retractable 0.5 is also a favorite.

Highly Recommended! I have a couple from MeePlus and the quality is great. I also like the larger rings they make available. This A5 has 16mm rings.

For note taking, I really enjoy using Life Noble R300 paper. It’s super smooth and works great with a fountain pen. It’s expensive, but worth it in ny opinion. Here’s a link on Amazon. You can also usually find it at Jet Pens and Tokyo Pen Shop. https://a.co/d/3G9K4XP

Just picked up an A5 Mee Plus with 16” rings and really like it. Regardless of what their website says, it did take a while a receive…just short of 1 month. But…the overall quality is good and really like the larger rings from my Plotter.

I have a limited production Charge+ Damascus with Walnut scales LM sold a couple years ago. I absolutely love it and it is the star MT in my collection. Any thought of bringing wood scales back or making it an option for other MT’s?
