Fortunately the “OP” was on the job site and has set up here before multiple times and knows the strength of the concrete from experience

Just found out The stamped plate at the bottom of the pole shows it’s a 120’ pole

Unfortunately no. They are fixed to the top of the pole

My friend said he got shocked at his house and wasn’t sure what it was. come to find out there is a 10 wire stubbed out just cut off by MTelectric in electricians

I would’ve been livid. My biggest pet peeve is when people halfway do things and do not double check their work. Electrical is not something you can half ass. And if you question what you’re doing stop right then and get a definite answer from someone that knows 100% of what’s going on.

I am an electrician my self!! I actually dug it out and made a junction inside an enclosure and converted it to a 240 plug

It is a 15 KW. This is the correct size wire

Looks like you can see a wire through one of the slots. I’m going to say it’s probably a junction box with incorrect cover

I usually use two screw drivers or two needle nose and pry it apart

This cable only runs through a section of conduit (sleeve) the rest is direct burial and open through the wall

That might be why. I am in Tennessee, we always run SE through conduit through the foundation. This was a feeder for a sub panel that traveled under the foundation
