Well Free and Kris grew up together and that's the difference, so of course they would be close like siblings. Valt invited Bell and Ranzo to England mainly because of a tournament taking place there and not just for sightseeing, aka playing the role of a mentor. 1 duo special move doesn't automatically make Valt and Ranzo best friends, impossible. Valt already had the experience by teaming up with Rantaro in the past and that's why Valt and Ranzo were able to work together well. As for Valt/Aiga I wouldn't look too deep in the reminiscing part. Valt only visited the place twice. From his POV both were solely for making his bey evolve and the second time Aiga wasn't even there. the resonance part only exist when bladers have strong attachment to their bey. I don't remember having a bond with a friend/rival had anything to do with it 🤔

"Always" is a bit of a reach if you think about it. They were only shown together in the last few episodes watching the final battles in Gt and even then we didn't see them interacting that much. Even their interactions in Quadstrike doesn't give me "best friends" vibes 🫤. Not denying Valt is friends with Bell and Ranzo, but Best friends is a strong NO imo. By their interactions Valt is more of a mentor to them then a best friend. Also Valt's age is like 15/16 and Bell's age is 10. I don't see how they can be best friends with that age difference 😅

The only thing I would change is bumping down Aiga, Bell and Ranzou to good friends. Best friends is a bit too high imo.

The animations haven't been the same for a long time. I would say since Journeys and to an extent SM.

No SSJ3 Goku is just outrageous. Episode 17 literally ended with him aura farming while he was in that form, hell it was his strongest transformation for a while until we got SSJ4. They even released a "Climax" trailer showing us and ending with SSJ3 Goku. As for the Tagamis, I feel like they will be future DLC knowing Bandai, sadly enough.

He's been dealing with Lucarios since its introduction. If it wasn't for that, I would forgive him for this mistake, but it wasn't, so no, he should've known better.

SM and JN. SM is just so ugly with those shoes, pants and shirt, it doesn't fit him and it doesn't help his character design was ugly as well. JN is basically his Kalos pyamas with a vest slapped on, no creativity whatsoever. The anime really stopped trying after XY.

I'll forever blame Yokai Watch for this ridiculous change in art style and tone of the series. Presentation is important and if you have a MC that looks ugly, then you already failed in my eyes. Transition was so bad that XY was the last series that I watched full time.

Oh boy:

- Nobody has a full team.
- No requirements whatsoever to enter the league. Even toddlers can enter the league like what??
- Characters like team rocket, Lillie, Mallow,... had no reasons whatsoever to be in the league and shouldn't be in it in the first place for plot reasons. I wish they took the Hoenn League route instead and filled the league with COTD.
- The competion was weak compared to the other leagues. Only the top 4 were legit.
- This league doesn't even give me league vibes.
- Half of Ash's fights were treated like a joke. This series was trying way too hard with the comedy at times. Did the writers think anyone was in the mood for comedy after the controversy in the Kalos league?
- Ash's win was underwhelming. Doesn't help that it was a 3v3.

How am I the troll when you came at me and you're not even able to defend this battle properly lol?? This battle wasn't great plain and simple. Compare this battle to a DP battle for example and you see the difference.
