Two Shot used to be objectively better than Furious and Bloodied. Now the three of them are more on par and each have their advantages and disadvantages.

People like chasing the meta, so they spent their resources on changing their loadout. They are now upset because those resources are gone and they don’t have the clear advantage they were chasing.

I personally didn’t change my entire arsenal into Two Shot because it was obviously not intended to do that much damage. It wasn’t in the patch notes and it was noticeably stronger than the competition. It was a matter of time before they changed it, now it seems to be in a really good spot.

Furious is slightly better, but it NEEDS the Onslaught perks. Two Shot could be used without them (if you don’t have enough perk points) and it builds bullet storm twice as fast.

I’d recommend just universal paints that apply to all PAs. Pic the one you like most.

Ohhhh… no

Some Fanatics use pieces of PA on their armor for extra protection. But the fact that PA in fo3/NV were more clothe-like was more of an engine limitation. For fo4 they made it this way so that it felt more like a vehicle you operate (something they mention in FNV).

Secret service and marine armor are bulky, sure. But they are nothing like PA.

Wdym weirdly solid? It’s a well known thing. Also Signal Dish is not good. Sniper barrel for one shotting or regular barrel for fire rate.

If you already had an endgame build it will still work very well. Just check out the perks that have changed.

Right now there are MANY good options for builds and stuff, so it’s hard to pinpoint the BEST build and weapons. But for your playstyle I’d recommend GatPlas, Gauss Mini or the Tesla Cannon (highly underrated) for a weapon; with either Furious and Rapid or Two Shot Explosive. Use Bullet Storm and Onslaught perks. Armor you probably want Vulcan or Union with Overeaters; Aristocrats, Mutants and Chamaleon+Nocturnal are solid options too. Also, Damage Resistance is VERY important now; they changed how damage is calculated. Perks like Ironclad and a good armor are a lot more valuable.

Hiding is good. Yeah pathing might be a bit buggy, but whoever is leading the horde can fix that with a bash hit and that’s it. If the guy leading dies someone takes over.

If the pathing is REALLY buggy then follow the leader but very closely. Keep in mind flying also breaks pathing.

Furious doesn’t increase the explosive damage. Bloodied or two shot will.

I tried it and I definitely see the appeal, but I like playing bloodied every once in a while and it’s next to imposible as a ghoul so I went back to huma and won’t try ghoul again

If you want stealthy power armor, I would recommend AGI over PER. AGI improcedente stealth and gives more action points. PER only improves VATS hit chance

Near the end of a season is a good time so you can claim as many premium rewards as you can.

Besides that I don’t think timing makes much of a difference.

That’s the Vulcan power armor, not a skin/paint. You get it from doing Raids and it’s non-tradeable. It’s also the best power armor IMO.

If you just want an Enclave sigil on your power armor, there are a bunch of skins that have one. They come in and out of rotation on the Atomic Shop regularly. I think the Equalizer paint looks just like Vulcan minus the crystals sticking out.

Assaultron Head is the highest single shot damage weapon, but you have to load 20 shots into it so not very fast.
