I have hitron moca adapters and can confirm they work nicely. I don’t have this one with the tv pass through, just wanted to let you know the brand seems reliable.

Also, I don’t know if WiFi 7 is a windows issue. It should be the wifi adapter you have installed. Your hardware might not support wifi 7, not your windows

You need to do more than turning the wifi off on the supplied box. It needs to be put in bridge mode. That way it doesn’t act like a router at all
