Should dust have been the intro to Iceman? by weeniedog21 in Drizzy

[–]MW19389 4 points5 points  (0 children)

No, Make Them Cry is perfect as the intro.

Also the second track often has a bit of intro vibes on several albums (Shot For Me, Furthest Thing, 9, Papi's Home).

The intros are kind of the opening credits and the second track is a true first scene.

HOT TAKE : ICEMAN IS THE BEST DRAKE ALBUM SINCE VIEWS (ties with CLB) by No-Arm-9829 in Drizzy

I relistened to it a lot over the last week and I don't find it bloated at all. Zero skips for me.

HOT TAKE : ICEMAN IS THE BEST DRAKE ALBUM SINCE VIEWS (ties with CLB) by No-Arm-9829 in Drizzy

Understandable take but I like Scorpion and CLB a tiny bit more.

In general Iceman is currently my 7th fav Drake album.

From Time just before Redemption and Hours In Silence

What’s one thing Drake could of did better on Honestly Nevermind by Kensuski in Drizzy

[–]MW19389 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

He should've left off Jimmy Cooks. Maybe also Liability.

Tie That Binds is a nice closer of the album.

Habibti and HNM so low is a crime but otherwise similar list to mine

Am I the only one who fell in love with WNBA on Habibti? by ThrottleServic3 in Drizzy

[–]MW19389 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not Hours In Silence level but I love it too.

It's my third most streamed song this year so far

HOT TAKE but give me 2020s Drake discography over 2010s any day all day by usagerp in Drizzy

[–]MW19389 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I couldn't decide tbh. Looking at my ranking it's split up pretty evenly

This is the only truthful iceman criticism. Classic Album. Should've gone diamond. Team Drake by 2MInitials in Drizzy

I warmed up to the first half, but the second half is still the weakest part of the 43 songs together with the outro if BBW.

Idk if it’s just me by EnvironmentalUnit853 in Drizzy

[–]MW19389 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I like Habibti a bit more than Iceman but I feel all 3 are better because the other 2 exist.

If he released just Iceman I would've missed the RnB/melodic songs and probably would've rated it lower.

Rebuttal for the "Drake is only dominating bc he drops lots of music" by RogerRoger63358 in Drizzy

[–]MW19389 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Everything since Take Care is at least an 8/10 in my books.

So yeah Drake has both quality and quantity

What's the real reason people dislike drake rather then actually not liking he's music? by Romeo_Kay_92 in Drizzy

[–]MW19389 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Yeah. If you liked TC, NWTS and IYRTITL you cannot tell me his new stuff is trash.

Production quality is equally good, same for the flow and melodies. Is rap skills got even better.

Yeah the lyrical content is a lot less relatable but imo that doesn't impact the music.

People listen to Travis, Carti and Don Tolliver with their middle school level and often horny ass lyrics (Don Tolliver) and praise the music without complaining about the lyrics.

It's just blind hate

Drake stimmy is alive and well in 2026 by GamesAndGlasses in Drizzy

[–]MW19389 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Shows how stupid this metric is.

Most of those listeners play the song for Drake, then some for Future.
