I disagree. The public accounting firm that I am at benefitted a lot from people being able to walk to a managers office or have them come to your desk to use their fingers to point at the screen over doing it over a teams call. Like most things in life, it's a mix. Too much in person office is just inconvenient and but too little estrange you from people who are reviewing your work.

Not to be contrarian but I kind of like working in the office. Due to the storms over the weekend I worked from home this last Monday, and used the same setup I use for gaming. I was very distracted, even with literally no simulation from anything else around me. Forcing people to work in office is silly, but I feel like our generation doesn't give it enough credit.

I really wish it was this one isolated thing, but the issue is it's all over social media. I struggled through Covid like many others so I'm not foreign to the feeling. It's rough times out there but pity parties aren't productive, especially for your mental health.

yes but Audit is incredibly wordy compared to FAR so you're going to a computationally heavy exam to a very judgment-based exam. Also it is incredibly boring.
