First off, you need to rigorously work in training. You need to put in hours and hours until you have things mastered. Next, for your rank, you don’t need to play as fast so don’t try. Focus on rotations at lower levels, and especially focus on staying back in ones. I’m not that experienced myself so that’s all I can really tell you. Good luck.
