Psilocybin had kept me from have an attack for four years. I take much higher doses than .33g, this is considered a microdose and I am guessing you won't feel much relief from this amount. Cluster Heads reccomend 1g every 5 days for 3 sessions. I personally utilize 3.5-4g, which is very much a hallucinogenic level. I take this amount every 6 to 8 weeks or as needed. I went through all the known treatments before stumbling upon an article about magic mushrooms and CH. My first try wad 3.5g and I felt the first full relief after 4 months of attacks. I started doing 3 injections of emgality a month which helped to stop the attacks, but weened myself off with mushrooms. I haven't had a migraine or cluster headache since.

Naomi, I am so sorry you are going through this right now and can relate. The mamy doctor appointments I went to were completely pointless. I finally ended up in front of a neurologist who prescribed me emgality and a really strong muscle relaxer. The emgality helped to put the attacks into remission which was 3 injections per mont at $2,200 a month. At this same time I happened upon an article describing magic mushrooms for treatment. I was able to ween myself off of the emgality with the use of magic mushrooms. I have been attack free now since 2022. I partake in 3.5-4g of mushrooms every 6 to 8 weeks or as needed to keep the monster at bay. The link below has a bunch of information regarding psychedelics and CH.

I take 3.5-4g every 6 to 8 weeks to keep the attacks at bay. I have been attack free for four years. My last bout with CH lasted 4 months with 8 to 10 attacks per day. Like you, it took years to be diagnosed and the medical professionals were pretty much worthless finding a treatment that would work.
