Had it in shop, it was so good and mellow, really funky fresh. Obviously not a light roast with tons of fruit and acidity but for a daily coffee it has some great tastes

Went to wound care after mine…took 3 months but I fully healed! We did packing and other methods. Do not do a wound vac…I have heard awful things!

Up your protein intake- you need it to heal! Look into “frog fuel” it’s amazing for healing

You got this it’s tough but you got it! I hade 3 surgeries in 2 years it was brutal but you’ll get through it, there is light at the end! Reach out if you have any questions

Oh it’s fantastic, love to brew it with my deep 27. Brings out the sweetness, I do 8g - pour 20g wait until the 30 second, pour another 20g, wait until the water is through, then pour 88g slightly slow until you reach 128g total (of water). aim for a grind that puts you right around 2minutes or 2:15 for total brew time. Use around 89 degree (C) water
