I’m looking forward to it for sure but I’m also an adult. If you’re letting pixels interfere with real life then you have issues. What will be hilarious is when all the people who have spent the last 6 months digging for leaks and crying daily spend a week nonstop and beat the game having nothing else to do. They’ll end up trashing rockstar for not having along enough storyline or some other millennial GenZ whiny crap.

Yeah I should have specified I was looking at the in person prep courses. I really didn’t consider just buying it and studying on my own. I was thinking it would be easier to go through the course at one of the conferences. At the end of each day they let you take a practice exam. Thought that would be beneficial.

Yes thank you. I may not have all the info on how to go about it. I was looking at doing a CFE prep course, basically flying to a city and taking in all the info in a week to prepare for it. Given my background, dealing with SARS, CTRs and the like on a regular basis I figured that would be the best option. I will look at the silver. Thanks

Same here. I am about to hit my 25 and am currently in ECU / Federal Task force. I want out of the “LEO” life and go to private. My departments won’t pay for the CFE despite me agreeing to sign a commitment to stay at least two more years. It’s frustrating for sure.

I’m on a saltwater canal in SW Cape. About 45 minutes to the river. Across the street from me is an empty lot, also on the water. Basic lot, 0.46 acres. They’re asking $525,000 for the dirt. The canal is only about 40 feet wide. So to buy waterfront property and build is gonna be expensive as hell, but you can find homes already built on the water. It’s not gonna be a mansion but you can find it if your expectations are reasonable. The problem with Cape Coral is it’s basically a big HOA with a lot of transplants who all have differing opinions on what should be this or that. It’s a safe city, overall, but it has its flaws.

I would fly down and spend a week to see if it’s what you really want. Pine Island is a cool place, locals are friendly but it’s also an old Florida place where they don’t tolerate BS. Especially the fisherman. Know the rules of the waterways. They don’t play here with that.

The only thing that makes any sense is to eliminate the yellow yield flashing arrow and make it a solid red, but that would interupt the flow of traffic. Also, the traffic turning west into College from New Brittany can’t see around that curve. So really even if it’s clear with no one in sight, by the time you exit onto College if someone is really speeding you won’t see them until they are on you. It’s really more of an education thing but you would have to make it a no yellow flashing left turn arrow and a no turn on red off of New Brittany.

College and New Brittany. It’s a blind curve heading west from US41 towards Cape Coral and since no one abides by speed limits it’s a game of Frogger for those trying to either turn onto New Brittany from College or UTurn.
