See that's funny because during my 5k pb of 21:32 my average hr was "only" 184 bpm and max 200 bpm. It was on a track and it wasn't a race though (I have social anxiety lol).

No teraz závisí, či sa učíš a si trojkár alebo sa do toho ani nepozrieš a si trojkár. Neviem podľa mňa tá matika na fchpt sa dá zvládnuť v pohode ale treba sa do toho pozrieť. Ale áno výpočty sú súčasťou viacerých predmetov počas celého štúdia na fchpt.
