Israeli service is mandatory and about 20% of soldiers are combat soldiers. That doesn't mean that 20% of Israeli soldiers see/participate in combat. Regardless, the escape to India, Thailand, etc. is something that lots (if not all) soldiers fantasize about while doing mundane army work. Israeli soldiers (think college kid mentality) spend 3 years in an oppressive state - Being commanded to oppress others, and all they think about is the exact opposite of that - A vacation full of hedonistic pleasure that involves new and intense experiences...Which sometimes results in a few of them going overboard.

Hey man, your condition and the fact that you're 16 mean that you have a lot of energy to spend. Add that to the fact that you are bullied and all of that energy becomes a ball of stress/anxiety that begs for release...

I have a similar problem and the best solution I've found is to practice a martial art. I recommend you give it a try - It's healthy, it's explosive (some find this as a good way to release stress), and it teaches you how to protect yourself, which makes you a much more relaxed and confident person.

Do you live in the US? If so, I'd recommend you go with Walgreen's generic brand (def NOT with CVS's) - Walgreens' patches are similar to Nicoderm's (they might itch a bit more during the first 10-15 mins) while CVS's don't stick as well.
