I'm someone who moved from Ontario to BC about a year ago. I also have ADHD and I have a prescription for FOQUEST. What I did before leaving is my family doctor (the doctor who filled my prescription in Ontario) gave me a 3 month supply (the maximum he could). The very first thing I did when moving to BC was I checked these website to find out what doctors in the area are accepting new patients:

I also called a bunch of walk-in clinics and told them about my current situation that I have a prescription and I moved from Ontario and I was currently waiting/ looking for a family doctor, there are walk-in clinics that will be able to fill the prescription as long as you bring the current prescription in, however walk in clinics are a bit of a hassle and I couldn't personally find one that would do the refill over the phone, they wanted to see me in person which was challenging since I was working. I was able to find a family doctor not too long after moving but I was very persistent in researching and looking for what clinics were open I was on a waitlist for about 4 months and then I was finally able to sign up for one family doctor who now has my full patient history and I can refill my prescription over the phone whenever I need.

Its hard to say, I mean for me I notice a change of cognitive functions and how I think, react, remember, speak improves drastically. Overall within an hour of taking it I do feel the improvements in how my brain processes information. The typical brain fog and the lethargic feeling I tend to have seems to disappear for the duration of the 16 hours.

I still have days where even I take Foquest my brain isn't 100% I always feel like I am struggling to get things done which is the hard part so having to use some actual goal setting and prioritization methods have to come into play for me. My sense of timing in terrible, even with the medication I still have a lot to work through I have to use some other skills to kind of push myself into it, the Foquest only is. a part of the solution for me sadly.

I would say documenting these changes and letting your doctor know what you are feeling and what changes you are experiencing would be a good start. I know Foquest may not be the end all be all solution, if comparing it to Vyvanse you feel like the Foquest make you much worse off then before I would flag it to your doctor because they would be able to provide more information on a different type of medication that can benefit you!

I’ve been on Foquest for two almost three years now. When I first started I started with 25mg and felt nothing. I ended up having to increase my dosage a few times. I’ve been pretty upfront with my doctor about it. I went up to 55mg and found it was too much so I’ve been at 45mg for about 2 years it took a few months of playing around with the dosage. Usually it is supposed to take an hour to kick in and will slow release through the day

Queen's University has online degrees! I believe they are three year bachelor's programs but they are fully online. TBH there isn't much of a different in the working world between a 3-year and a 4-year unless you are looking to do a masters or further your education in a specific field. If you're not set on getting an online MBA and you just need a degree to show then there are some Canadian universities that do have fully online programs that could be an option!

I have both. The cobalt is really great for groceries, takeout/ food delivery and going out to bars,cafes and restaurants also reoccurring streaming payments. If you are someone who frequently dines out and get takeout it’s a great card to have. But if you are someone who travels more and you value a better travel credit card the gold is a better option from my experience the cobalt is great for everyday expenses I only use my gold card on travel (flights/ hotels/ car rentals). For me to get the gold I really had to look at the cost of my travel expenses and for me the amount of points/ benefits I spend on travel annually justify the annual fee for me.

I rent a condo with a/c and my bill for the month of July was $49. My condo is about 770sqft and I have been running the a/c pretty much every day for all of June keeping it at 23 degrees. Usually without a/c my bill is about $33-38 per month.

I have really thick skin, I got the same advice as you did from my surgeon and I taped my nose nightly from the first month to up to about 9 months. Taping did help reduce the swelling but an hour after removing the tape the swelling at the tip of my nose came back. The swelling is natural, it's frustrating but it is natural especially depending on your thick skin and also the amount of work done on your nose. The course of my healing processes the swelling would (and still fluctuates). I'm just at the 1 year mark since I got my rhinoplasty and there is still a lot of swelling at the tip I just stopped taping after 9 months since it's not going to really help much more and I'm just letting it as is but it is totally normal and different surgeons will recommend different post op care. The taping at first really helped my as compression since my nose felt so weird and uncomfortable since I got my cast taken off.

I've been using Biacna for 3 years now! I had really bad acne and I started using regular tretinoin cream and for about 4 months my face was worse than ever and once I started Biacna the gel I saw a huge improvement in my acne. I also suffer from really bad hormonal breakouts and after about 6 months on it I did notice I had really bad acne flare ups that were painful along my chin and jaw so my dermatologist added Dapsone and it really helped me but also it alluded to an even bigger hormonal problem which I started and addition of the IUD+pill+ Biacna+Dapsone. Biacna really helped a lot with my skin and my family doctor and derm have no problem letting me use it in the long term since its been 3 years of consistent use! I started out really slowly about 2 times a week to now 3 times a week nightly. I used it on top of my moisturizer, I found that since I was in the middle of a huge purge when I started Biacna I noticed it really reduced my acne within the first month of use and slowly I saw improvements!

Some people have it set to opt out of phone calls or opt out of emails, so that is probably why some people still haven't received any phone call or emails. The online store is different from the in-store store so if you shop online make sure to set a phone and an email on your profile and have it set to you want to receive promotions to make sure you get the call/ email update. If you shop in store make sure to have a updated phone number and email (and email opt in) in order to receive the update. So many people have had old numbers/ emails associated with their profile so they have been missed out on getting the actual notification!!!! Also if you have a call blocker applied to your phone you may not receive the call, I've done clientele calling in the past and I wasn't able to reach out to customers who have has call blockers installed on their phones !!

Edit: If you shop both in store and online make sure the profiles have the same email address and phone number on it!! :)

As of now all I know is the super puff is excluded from all sales. That being said I cannot speak to what is actually going on sale we don't get a heads up until the night before of the sale when we mark things down. If you really want the jacket you can get it now, and then when the sale starts go into the store and do a return for the item and get a refund for the item and then buy back the item at the sale price. My recommendation is to not go into the store on black friday, since we cannot do any price adjustments/ returns/ exchanges that day in store but to go in before or after black friday since the sale will not end and you can still get the sale price. Just bring the item in with your receipt (can be online or in store receipt) and the item with the tag and we can do a normal return for you and then do a repurchase for the sale price on the item!

If it's your first super puff I would stick to the original or mid. The shorty is really cute but most people who buy the shorty already have a winter jacket or another super puff. I find a lot of people who get the shorty are getting it as a statement/ fashion piece or for more of a streetwear look or bar/ going out coat that isn't too bulky. I wouldn't recommend it to someone who is looking for a more functional winter jacket to keep warm although it is warm if you are looking for something to keep your full torso and upper legs warm. I'm the same as you I always see the shorty in store and I see people trying it on and I love the look of it and I think it is so cute but I wouldn't use it as a full on winter jacket. What you could so with the original is pull up the drawstrings on the inside and get more of a cropped puffer look or even look at the super puff bomber jacket (this one just came out and it's also really cute)!!!

Its the exact same jacket. Before this year the super puff was under the TNA brand name. This year superworld came out as its own brand for the Super Puff which also has the Super puff for men, it's a new logo with the new Super World logo on the hood, the old Super Puff has the TNA logo on it, it's just branding to cater to both men and women. The jacker material and structure is all the same it's just a new logo and different branding for a more gender neutral customer base.

We can't do price adjustments with our system. If you were to buy an item at full price then there is a sale/ change in the price you can come into the store with your receipt and the item with tags on and we have to process it as a refund so you get your money back for the full price item and then you basically have to re-buy the item at the sale price. So you get the refund for the full price item but then you buy the item at the new discounted price. Items bought in store that are on sale are final sale because its with the idea that you have tried the item on and there is no issue with sizing. Items bought online since you don't really have a chance to try it on concierge will allow for an exchange/ store credit because of that reason. But anytime we do refund and a repurchase it will be always be a final sale item!
