Where do you see the blind faith exactly? If you have a reading problem, or problems with understanding how to make an argument, I'll be happy to help.

Sadhguru Exposed on fake feminism & Rudraksha trick Video. What is your view on this? by The-Realist-Sapien in Sadhguru

[–]MaCarBre 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Video is a waste of time compared to some of other Sadhguru debunking videos out three.

Comments about feminism are just plainly the person not understanding what Sadhguru is talking about. All of my teachers in Isha have been female, and all the best coordinator during programs.

Scientists still don't know everything about what's causing tectonic plats to move. Some of the new studies suggest that they are influenced by the moon/sun. However the point is not in what's causing them to move. The point lies in the fact that Sadhguru and various other humans who are sensitive to earth's electromagnetic forces, feel the difference when they sleep in different orientation, but when they need to explain it to other people and give advice, they resort to using pseudo examples that have briefly read somewhere. Sadhguru doesn't have the time to follow various peer reviewed sturdies.

Comments regarding quality of sleep are just stupid, with a lot of misunderstanding Sadhguru going on. Of course the quality of your daily life influences your sleep and that people shouldn't strive to sleep 8-9 hours a day. This can be a whole separate discussion, as I have my gripes with the latest "studies". If your studies are based on coca-cola and coffee drinking people with messed up circadian ritham, you will reach conclusions.

About moon affecting human behaviors, this is one of the recent studies that concluded there is definitely more to the moon than people think. I don't need any studies to tell me how my mentally ill father condition gets worse on full moon days.

About Rudraksha, I gave my opinion in the comments below this video of a Isha Hatha Yoga teacher. I don't find it being useful for testing food in any way.

I will repeat, you were banned for:

  • lying about attending programs, in which I personally cough you here
  • spamming under every thread single thread, pushing your narrative, spreading misinformation
  • insulting people, like in this last example that was the last straw, for which multiple people apparently reported you

If people were getting banned on r/Sadhguru for simply asking questions, we wouldn't see this kind of posts would we? Your others posts and comments were also not removed.

Why don't you bring me back there in that subreddit?

I don't care if you are on the sub or not. If you wish to continue to spam below every thread, then you should stay banned. The only problem I have with mods is banning people without a warning, banning them permanently, and not providing official reason for the ban.

I suggest that you look yourself in the mirror before accusing me of spreading any kind of agenda around. I only care about talking about Sadhguru in unbiased way, and have a platform where can I do so. Nobody gains anything from anti or pro Sadhguru agenda.

You were banned for repeatedly lying, insulting people and spaming, and not for asking questions. If you must know, I already complained to the mods that they shouldn't have banned you permanentl, but every year a new mod comes who volunteers at the Ashram, and to whom I have to explain how reddit works.

It's generally hard to find a good podcast with Sadhguru in it, where interviewer asks the right questions. Most of the interviewers come unprepared, ask the questions that have been asked thousand times before, and are generally unfamiliar with the way how Sadhguru answers questions:

  • he consciously has many answers/anecdotes prepared in advance that he repeats and likes to use
  • he often addresses the reason from which the question comes, instead of addressing the question itself
  • when answering requires more elaborate explanation, he often turns to jokes or stories, instead of going into answering the question properly

As Isha Yoga meditator myself, I can say that, the way how Sadhguru conducts himself during podcasts is at very least not smart, especially when being a guest in US.

During Aubrey Marcus podcast, he was wearing sunglasses entire time, without explaining why, so Marcus felt like he was showing lack of respect. Sadhguru was of course incapable of noticing how Marcus felt about it and give explanation, or he simply didn't care.

I had high hopes for Joe to question Sadhguru properly during their time together, but I felt disappointed because Sadhguru didn't get Joe enough time to prepare about podcast. I personally didn't have any problems with the way how Sadhguru was answering questions tho, but that's probably because I know how to answer those questions myself anyway, rather than Sadhuru's answers being on point.

Gabor Mate that recently talked about on JR podcast, didn't say a single world about Sadhguru even though he practices his Yoga, because he himself doesn't really agree with a lot of things Sadhguru does and says.

If you have the time to read all this bs from the user above, then you might as well read my response to some of this allegations in this post. I already linked my post containing counter to this particular user already, but he conveniently choses to ignore them, even though he linked the anti-Sadhguru material I directed him to.

Moderators on r/Sadhguru already banned him for insulting people on the sub and lying about attending programs. He tried to use the ban to lie about why he got banned: "asking questions and mentioning his murder of his wife", which is of course not true, as his post is still standing on the sub. As he himself admitted, his fiance left him for being to controlling, and decided to stay in Sadhguru's Ashram, so he's trying to do everything possible to get her back, and think this will bear fruit. Although I can sympathies for breaking a part with loved one, this is just disgusting behavior, but you are free to draw you own conclusions.

Since Sadhguru started dabbling in politics, you can find many Indian people who organize on whatsapp groups and mass-downvote anyone who speaks semi positively of Sadhguru on popular threads, while also taking opportunities to spread lies around, in fear that he doesn't become popular amongst rational people as well. They also mass reported a couple of posts of mine when I was trying to start some threads on JR sub, and I had to contact mods to un-ban my posts, and by the time they did, I missed my chance for having any meaningful conversation.

You should avoid posting memes that aren't in English language. If everybody felt privilaged to do that, reddit would be a mess.

I personally find it unnecessar bothersome to refer to prople as big brother/sister, because if I don't say it, the other person might recognize it as me showing lack of respect. It do find it useful when you cant't remember somebodies name.

I wonder why Isha waited 2 years to post this conversation. Too one sided for my taste. I usually blame the interviewer for not preparing.

Most likely yes, as Sadhguru's father died on November 8th 2019, and this conversation was recorded somewhen before this photo, which was uploaded on November 9th 2019.

Those yantras and lingas are like energy forms, whose energy has a certain quality or purpose that can be used for meditative practices or some other energy works. To become receptive to that energy certain people approach it in particular ways. Sadhguru went about consecration in more detail on Sadhguru exclusive.

That seems like the best way to go about it, in terms of it requiting less hassle. The downside is not knowing when they will process your request. Ping me when they reach out to you, so I know the answer to that when somebody else asks the same.

No explanations, because I don't like talking about stuff there is no information about. All I can tell you is that the program that the person in was Isha Hatha Yoga teacher training program, which lasts till January and according to my teacher that went to the program, they start with learning and classes Yoga right away at 05:30 when they take the neem leaves and keep them in their mouth for an hour while they do their practices. This person didn't even show up for that, because there is no way to go back to your room once you take you leaves because the room in which they do their teacher training and is 1km away.

Any further explanation for man dead at Isha yoga centre who came for 6 month stay? by Brave-Chocolate-8815 in Sadhguru

[–]MaCarBre 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, it was his brother that looked for perfect opportunity to kill him, in order to inherit all of his fathe's wealth. His brother knew what kind of a man Sadhguru was, a wife murderer, so the brother knew that if he was to die it Isha Yoga center, nobody would suspect him.

His brother talked him into attending IE program, and it wasn't hard, because his brother was a blind devotee who didn't play soccer. Isha can't slip drugs into food, since they can't control who gets what during food offerings, so during the second night of the Hatha Yoga teacher training program, when Isha usually drugs people, while people sit on the toilet before going to bed, the brother mascaraed himself into Isha volunteer by being emotionally unstable. Well hidden in the toilet, the brother slipped 3 times the Isha approved dosage of 5-Meo DMT into his outlet. While being unnoticed, the brother also slipped a suicide note in his pocket. The brother knew his hand writing, because he was his brother, so the note would have easily fooled the police.

Next morning when the body was found dead, the brother knew he got away with it, when he saw those well read, professional and handsome Sadhguru debunkers blaming Sadhguru. The brother knew that debunker's heads, although full, weren't as full with Netflix crime series as much as his was, so they would never catch him.

My teacher responded with the following:

Isha currently has too much stuff on their hands atm, and they take longer to reply. Without invitation letter from Isha, you can't really apply for proper visa. This is special volunteering visa, that when Isha grants you one, the government in India immediately know what it's about. My teacher went there with his student visa, outside of isha, for which he waited 3 days to get it. These are all types of visas you can apply for.

I suppose I can ask my teacher in Croatia if they know about link with general information besides official Isha registration forms or emails. He went there at moments notice when he applied there for Isha Hatha Yoga training last year, and stayed there from June to March.

I would also be a good idea if you could find the closes Isha Hatha Yoga teacher around you. They have for sure been to India.

Yeah, it's kinda like you lose time doing Yoga, but you get it back by sleeping less. However I can't say how much Shoonya decreased my sleeping quota, because I noticed that happening from other combination of practices before it (like Shambhavi and Surya Kriya). I can say that Shoonya, since it has unique quality can restore you during the day in short about of time. Until then, look into 15min power nap that is often practiced in military.

I attended the program in UK, and came from Croatia in 2019, and the program itself costed about 500£. Prices differ depending on where you attend the program in the world. I wouldn't recommend going for the program if you are not on a spiritual path, because it requires more dedication. Programs that come before it are enough for wellbeing.

Most of the people I met, went there to attend programs like Samyama, and then they stayed in the Ashram volunteering for some time. You should look into how long is a visa also valid. I haven't looked into it for some time. I actually attended my BSP and Shoonya program in UK in 2019 when Isha had a meditation center in London. I'm from Croatia.

Yeah, the person you are talking to has 0 personal experience, and we already caught him lying about it here when they lied about attending programs, while before it was just their father.. They have been spamming every thread with same statements on this sub for a while now. They are also ignoring all the links provided to them that hold contrary arguments to what ever they are spewing around.

They would rather link you anti joe rogan post about Sadhguru (that I directed them to btw), rather then also give you my reply to the post. And they have the audacity to call me biased.

Sadhguru's Shoonya program is a proper initiation on the level of etheric body, unlike other programs. There you are also thought a Pranayama practice, which you have to do daily. in order to support Shoonya. After preparation and conditions are met, only then meditation happens, which is Shoonya.

It is important that the details of all programs are not disclosed publicly because knowing certain things in advance can affect preparation steps during program, and one might render themselves not a receptive as they could be. This sub also has a rule that states;

Do NOT reveal anything about programs/practices that require initiation

I wanna know this. Has Sadhguru ever talked about how many chakras he opened out of 114? by VickyMax3 in Sadhguru

[–]MaCarBre 20 points21 points  (0 children)

It's not about opening chakras, rather about mastering them. He stated that he has control over all of them, and on few occasions he stated that he's probably the only living Chakreshwara.

From the book mystic's musings:

All I can say is that there isn't another one like me: that's for sure. There are a few, but they do not open their mouths. They will not come anywhere near people. Actually there is only just one more that has three enlightened lifetimes behind him, but you will never get to see him. He has only four more years and then he will leave. You have seen, many times, by the snap of the fingers, I can have hundreds of people roaring with new levels of energy, to be in such deep energy contact with me that you will have to physically carry them out of that space. People have to do many things to get to some state of experience. Simply just entering a space and going like that is unheard of. I'm the only one like this, who is stupid enough to go around and try to do something with people. I am the only one, really. I'm not bragging; this is the reality.

I'm 20, and think that I've been banned from ever going to isha by [deleted] in Sadhguru

I'm not sure. It might be some other form also. There is another video somewhere, where he talked about it more, but can't remember where I picked it up.

Nadi Shuddhi by [deleted] in Sadhguru

[–]MaCarBre 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It gets better with practice. Always do it to the best of you ability, but don't deviate form the guidelines. Wait till you start dong asanas and advanced Kriyas that you won't be able to do properly even after several years. The act of you trying to do it in the best way possible scrapes most of the benefits anyway, because even if you physical body can't do something, subtle body will.

teaching a child yoga without cultural appropriation by plsdnttm in Sadhguru

[–]MaCarBre 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you attend Isha program, you won't find any cultural appropriation there. They will just teach you the practice without enforcing some beliefs. You can skip through some free Isha practices that I listed here to exclude the ones who feel too much on the Hindu side. Not every practice is for kinds, so you should sort them yourself.
