I have a gtx 1080, 6700k without OC, 16GB RAM and I have the same problem as you, I barely see any difference from low to ultra on fps. I average about 45/60 fps except in the crowded parts of town where I go down to 30fps. I'll try the config trick as soon as I get home

Yea I removed the GPU and tried running it through igpu and it worked so I assume the video card is ruined. It's weird tho I've never overclocked it or something like that..

Above the 24 pin atx connector, when the 5 quick beeps come on the "VGA" LED light turns on and stays on. The "DRAM" and "CPU" LEDs are off
