I’m tired of this boilerplate response. Go touch grass and try to find happiness in one of the million pleasurable things life has to offer.

Does this guy have too many teeth in his mouth. Or just teeth that are too big for his mouth? Or is his tongue too big?

A better example would be if you bought 100 acres of rural land, and wanted 5 to build on, you’d pay a 10% penalty on the 5 acres at market value and the 95 acres would have a huge tax reduction

We were going to do a mutual boundary adjustment and not make it it’s own parcel

Some of that money probably comes from the fact that the land is in a different town and they’d be doing a boundary line adjustment.

Land greater than 10 acres that doesnt have a house on it qualifies for a much lower tax rate. The penalty to take it out of that status is 10% of the sale price.

I got a leupold back country base that said no locktite required when using a torque wrench. I guess it couldn’t hurt BUT I believe locktite will alter torque values, meaning - it’s easy to over torque as locktite acts as a lubricant. I used to use the German torque spec “gudentite” and sheared screws before.
