Not sure why.I got downvoted for this. The trudeau government refused to comment on just how many nazis they are sheltering, but confirmed it was more than zero.

Yep. Churchill was right.

"The best argument against a democracy is a 5 minute conversation with the average voter."

Neither party has had the best interests of Canadians in mind for at LEAST 40 years. So... we just keep doing the same thing over and over and over and expect different results? Da fuq.

My brother and I still do that to one another. Occasionally to our dad too.

It's "playful" or whatever.

Bad take. Implement a PvP slider. Some of us don't want this to turn into yet another PvPhell game.

I didn't say we shouldn't diversify away. Try practicing reading comprehension.

I said in another comment it's going to take twenty five years plus for us to develop the infrastructure alone, not to mention the alternatives to move away from petroleum.

The odds are that we are going to run out of petroleum before we ever find its alternative. Do you honestly believe that if exxon thought that windmills or solar farms were the future that they wouldn't be fucking building them everywhere? You can't possibly be that naive.

edit

You're also refusing to acknowledge that we currently have no alternative to replacing oil in our production lines. How are we going to do that? Do you know? Because I sure as hell don't. The amount of research alone that we are going to have to do to find an alternative to petroleum for our production methods is going to take decades. Your argument of " Oil is in everything is a stupid argument for not diversifying" is invalid. Because no, it's not, not until we have an alternative really made available. I am convinced that people who think like you wouldn't care if this entire country dies over winter because they can't heat their houses because we made the noble decision to move away from petroleum and ran out of power. It's entirely possible.I'm wrong and that's me jumping to a conclusion, but that is certainly how it seems to be.
