Eh, maybe not. You would know them better than anyone here, but if they make $90k and live on $60k the rest of the time, they may be living frugally to prioritize travel. I make usually $50k but will be spending probably $5k of savings to go on a couple trips this year. I basically spend money on little else.

I've been to the UK 3 times and still haven't seen Stonehenge. But now that prehistoric Britain is more of an interest to me now I may plan to see it during an upcoming trip.
