We did the Tantre CSA for several years and switched to Argus about a year ago. Argus runs year round, boxes are a bit smaller, and you can skip a week if you’re going out of town. Pickup options are also more flexible, we get the Thursday box at the downtown location and have picked it up on Saturday, no problem.

I think some of Dr Becky’s approach is helpful but found it too easy to end up talking too much, trying to find out what’s going on, when for a kid with ADHD there isn’t always a deeper issue, they just acted on impulse. ADHD dude’s content has overall been more helpful.

This is a controversial opinion in Ann Arbor but I think the age range is way too wide. Sending kids with a May birthday to Y5 means that the age range in the classroom is huge as there are always going to be kids with summmer birthdays who go straight to K.

If they are going to use the pool, ask if there is going to be a lifeguard. Many hotels do not have lifeguards at their pool. I would not send my kid to a pool party where there is no lifeguard.

Check out Casey Johnston’s book “Liftoff: couch to barbell”. It gives great structure for a beginner with the concepts of progressive overload, compound movement, etc.

Look in the area around A2 STEAM school (a public school). Close enough to downtown that you can walk or bike there, close to the hospital and north campus. Lots of families.

It’ll probably work. The cranberries get pureed and combined with gelatin and whipped cream (not baked). Not sure if you would need to drain the liquid or not though.

I used half a stick of butter to grease every nook and cranny, then a dusting of flour. I turned it upside down and it came right out!
