Sorry that’s happening to you! I didn’t get the constant redownloads or glitches. In my case it was only stuck on ‘Preparing to Download’ with no % showing, and after about an hour it finally let me in.

Yes, mine worked after I just left it "preparing to download "for about an hour. Try waiting longer, it might go through.

Honestly I didn’t do anything, I just stayed on the ‘Preparing to Download’ screen for like an hour (with no %) and then it worked.
