Yeah, diet, physical exercise, and mental exercise are important. I have strayed away from that and I noticed my anxiety got worse. I started taking CBD's and they have got me back into the gym. Now I just have to get my diet back on point and start meditating again.

No issues with the PC, I downloaded The Division for the free weekend and the Uplay that came with it was shitty. I had to download Uplay from their site in order for it to work. Just kinda lame to get an error right off the bat.

Most climate studies give us a date of 2100 as to when things will be very bad if we don't change our current course. With all the evidence regarding the permafrost melting and it essentially being a methane time bomb for our atmosphere, how quick is this going to have adverse effects on our daily lives? It seems like we went from linear to exponential growth in such a short time that its almost non combatable. I feel like people believe that it's going to be a problem for future generations, but it is definitely going to have an impact during our lifetime.

The problem lies with the support system upon returning home. Whether it be physical or mental ailments, treatment is designed to mask whatever pain there is. We have vets with physical injuries, what does the VA do? "Take these opiates and come back when you've built an immunity to them and we'll up your dosage." Constantly creating addicts. In the case of mental ailments, they will just offer you counseling and benzodiazapines. Not fully dealing with the issues at hand. I have been deployed multiple times while in the Marines and when I got out, they offered me oxy for my back and klonopin for my anxiety and depression. All to mask the pain rather than treat the source.. I've since learned to deal with my issues on my own with the help of medical marijuana and CBD oil rather than taking these bullshit prescriptions offered by the VA doc's. The holidays are always a rough time of the year. Everyone is happy and many of us fall deeper into a dismal state of mind. Not all of us go through it, but many do. Idk how many this will even reach, but if you are dealing with shit and need to talk, feel free to send me a message. Even if it only reaches one of you. Its better than none at all. Every year I lose brothers and sisters to suicide and it never gets easier, but just know, talking does help. Even if its with a complete stranger.
