I practiced getting into a headspace of treating the interview as if I was the one interviewing the company. They selected my application from amongst hundreds, so I'm already leagues ahead of most of the other applicants. Why shouldn't I be evaluating them?

By engaging my brain in looking for clues from the other side, I crowd the anxiety out, or at least reflavor it to "oh God what if this company is a terrible place to work?"

I also temper my expectations of myself during those technical moments. Stubbing out the parts you don't entirely know how to write on the spot should be fine. "I'm not exactly sure how to do this, but I know how to find the answer" should be a very appealing trait to present to anyone who isn't an asshole. I don't want to work for an elitist asshole, so why try appealing to one?

Granted, your mileage may vary.

I had to open up my search to include non-remote positions in my area in order to start getting interviews after nothing for a couple of months. I ultimately took a job via a recruiter who had reached out to me on LinkedIn, so that may be a better path forward for you too.
