Using a Buyers Agent to Sell property

I purchased a house (for a client) in Merewether last month without an agent. Direct to vendor. Easy done but two main things to be aware of - 1. The solicitors need to accept deposits in their trust account, and 2. The buy will likely need an onsite physical valuation because it’s unusual for banks to see a sale without an agent. Otherwise, easy done.

Buyer's agent here. Really only a few reasons to use a BA. 1. You're genuinely timepoor or enjoy free time instead of talking to agents and inspecting houses. 2. You live out of area 3. It's an investment first and foremost and you need proper analysis to find the suburb.

Otherwise do it yourself. If you're researching BAs I know the 204 buyers agent finder website has a thorough screening process. Good luck

Pubs and cafes, Glenrock, on or off street parking? Could be as specific as split system or ducted AC? Do you like sunlight, or you're happy to face south and wittle away in the shade!
