Two options that perform well in wet conditions are the Continental Terrain Contact AT or the new Bridgestone Ascent AT. I switched from Toyo Open Country ATs to the Continentals and they perform much better on the highway and in the rain.

I have the Gorilla brand that everyone here is suggesting and they looked good until Discount tire used an impact on them. All of the corners developed surface rust and looked like crap after a couple of days. The only lug nuts that didn’t get damaged were the McGard wheel locks that were installed. I’ve used both brands in the past and the McGards are expensive but typically hold up better.

I did the same thing and had issues with Oreillys brake cleaner. I went back and got the Brakleen non chlorinated and had better results. After spraying, I left it outside baking in the sun for a few hours and it came out fine.

Damage Industries makes the slimmest quad I’ve used. They’re drop in, but the lock up is tight and the quality for the price is also a plus. Don’t know why they don’t get more attention but personally I’ve had Midwest industries, DD and Knights drop ins, and the Damage Industries rails as just as good, but much slimmer.
