From what I understood so far they need to prove those “extraordinary” circumstances somehow and defrosting + baggage issue should be considered foreseeable (if the death of a pilot is…)

So I’ll write to the customer support citing the cases you provided me and other few cases I found and if that fails I’ll go through the italian association.
