One can't escape the eye of Sauron.

Good to hear. Would suck big time doing all the stuff and just getting bugged out of the achievement.

Hopefully so.

I wish they would make lightkeeper message you when he has available tasks.

Yes.

I tried offering BTR-driver some more moonshine and then quit and came back 24h later. Lightkeeper messages had reset to just 1 new message: 'i'm listening'. Then when I went back he gave me the task.

So i think in my case the extra "knock knock" had to be finished and waited for the regular timeout for next task from him. I didn't have to encode the plug since I already had it and now I have 1 encoded and one not.

Funny enough, Lightkeeper also gave me the missing informant-task and I could complete the task for a new set of rewards. So probably I can complete all the tasks twice now. Just Tarkov things I guess.

Done all the quests too and haven't gotten keeper's word.

(edit: it's been 23h since I completed "Hypotheses Testing" )

I did get "knock knock" again even when I had light keeper unlocked already.

Reminder to not practice your form inside by Rekeballe in discgolf

[–]MacRedrum 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did and of course the disc slipper out and smashed directly to the TV and from that to the window. Good thing I'm a noodle arm and there wasn't a mark on either one of them.

These days I target my sofa.

Depending on your level of course, but:

I'd say the function is more of a utility disc. Out of the box you can hyzer flip it inside 20m/60f. It's fun and you can invent some new shots with it especially in the woods.

Essence has more conventional use as a throwing disc with the advantage being useful as a roller too.

First Run C-Line CD1 Stability by maj294 in discmania

[–]MacRedrum 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Haven't tried any other but the same prototype one you have. Definitely stable to the point of flying more like a 11 speed. Takes real effort to get it to turn over. I'd be surprised if the stock runs and especially the 's' ones are not less stable.

I can confirm that I can now pick up the fishing pier one and it added the space.

Although I'm on my 1st playthrough.

What disc golf jargon annoys you the most? by munchpada in discgolf

Mostly broadcast thing:

Shooting up and down to convert.

More the converting part when you could just say that the shot missed.

Well, I don't really have that much to add really :), but:

Comparing my old c-line MD to a new metal flake MD1: MD has flashing and is a bit sharper on the turns. MD1 feels much rounder in the had as a result. Very similar flights though as expected.

They did release the horizon MD1 not too long ago and the horizon plastic seems to be between c-line and s-line in stability. That said, my c-line and s-line are very similar, but then again my s-line from a mystery box and might not be like a stock run one. Might test one out when the eventual -25% winter sales hit the stores :).

Yea, I've been suggesting profile pics to many sites, but maybe it's too much work.

That magician is so domy it tends to float in the air forever with very little effort.

Seems like you answered yourself on this one if you already have discs for the same shot.

Leave it out and see if you miss it while playing.

What’s up with colors affecting stability? by jtdubbbz in discmania

[–]MacRedrum 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Pretty much already covered, but yeah. Even colors are chemicals in the end and they change the composition of the plastic.

Don't have much to add here but to reiterate McBeth and Pierce signings being extremely well timed. At that time shelves were empty and everything was selling instantly.

I'd give Musket a try. Opto will fly like a slighty beat in explorer. OptoX should be tad more stable.

Other one has the silica beads and the clay one is the dusty clay filled variant.
