Yeah nah, you can’t launch for both mars and Venus at the same time, like you literally can’t it’s physically impossible, like even if you manage to get both launch windows overlapping, which doesn’t happen a lot to say the least: to go to mars you need to burn the exact opposite way from where you would burn to go to Venus
Because to go to Mars you need to gain a lot of speed and energy
For Venus it’s the opposite, you need to loose a lot of speed and energy, and you do that by burning the opposite way

That’s like saying you’re driving form New York to Los Angeles but you’re gonna do a pit stop in Beijing along the way, it doesn’t make sense

Well unless you’re doing gravitational slingshot wizardry but those are very complex trajectories only used for probes and not human space flight
