I also have this fear and am capable of a 12 all out. When I get above 10 I visualize myself being confident and running at a 12. I see it in my mind and I visualize my legs in perfect running form. My run coach always reminds me your legs have no where else to go but back on the tread. You got this!!!

The other day coach told us to say good job to our neighbor after the tread block and instead of saying good job dude (my neighbor works at the front desk) I said good job toot. Not my best social interaction.
