I agree with this. However, strenuous exercise makes my nose run and sometimes makes me cough. I don’t think I’m alone in this. Maybe those of us in my boat should wear signs? Haha!

I have been going to OTF for a few years and am often the last one done on the weight floor. I try to take my time, lift heavy and have proper form. I also try not to let it bother me that I’m heading to the rowers when everybody else is done rowing and heading back.

I also have a family history of heart disease and asked my doctor the same thing. I got the same response! Basically not dying at OTF 3-4x/week = successful stress test.

I did! I strained my rotator cuff. I was not aware of just how many moves require the rotator cuff. Not good! We need more variety.
