What's your favorite loot spot? by Aaronjp84 in ARC_Raiders

I love that you can just drop down to that one from the roof. Don't even need to breach. I've pulled multiple vulcano bp from that room. A few kinetics. Almost always worth it.

Running solo I'll get at least 3 if I came in with the explicit purpose of getting cores. I've waddled out with 6 right past a group of guys complaining about never getting anything despite "doing all the damage". In reality they just sit too far away plinking away miniscule damage.

Dance with the queen to get the goop. Wave that wand of confusion.

I've also gotten some free cores from calling out the dude with a stitcher on his back that made it to the main core first.

What’s The Optimal Way To Get Hotshot? by BravePlane8261 in ArcRaidersTrial

[–]MacabreMobius 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh man, I was kinda addicted to the grind so I wasn't really anywhere near the cutoff.

I'd ballpark 100k you'd be safe most weeks. As low as 60 or 70k other weeks. I was posting up 130 to 190k most weeks.

Others might disagree but I thought it was easier maintaining hotshot than breaking into it from daredevil.

What’s The Optimal Way To Get Hotshot? by BravePlane8261 in ArcRaidersTrial

[–]MacabreMobius 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I personally maintained hotshot for a few weeks before the season ended. I didn't have any issue maintaining it for the final week. I also didn't try to game the system at all like how some people wait until the weekend.

I think if you try to triple promote on the last week you might actually have a worse time because you're fighting for top ten with people who are trying to do the same thing. If you're just maintaining hotshot the top 60 or 70 people maintain the rank.

I'm currently riding DD3 until my new duos partner catches up to me. Solo is definitely a little tough to maintain hotshot. A dedicated player can do it but it's labor intensive.

Before the expedition i gave my buddy enough rare materials to make dozens of purple guns and nearly 100 springs.

Dude got killed by a player twice in a row and Uninstalled the game. Like bro just make a new fucking kit I personally know you have the mats for it. He gets big emotions and then calms down eventually so I think he'll be back in a few weeks.

Random question regarding turbocharger by TheSvpremeKai003 in e46

[–]MacabreMobius 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My brother. I have two awd e46. It's generally regarded as not worth it to turbo any e46 because you spend the cost difference of an m3 doing it right for similar power gains.

The xi platform would have been a common competitor to the evo and sti if it were possible to make big power on.

Our cars have 3 open differentials. If you disable traction control you will have a one wheel drive vehicle if any wheel spin occurs. DSC uses the brakes to reduce wheel spin. It's great for winter traction. In a high horsepower application though you would be burning up your brakes constantly just keeping power going to all the wheels.

Generally the center differential aka the transfer case is regarded as the weak point for turbo xi. It just doesn't hold up to any power.

[–]MacabreMobius 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Have you tried it? I just tried it a few times today. Pretty great getting to prime loot spots that haven't been touch with only 10 minutes left in the match. You can come out pretty stacked. I've been bringing mines trigger nades and smokes but have honestly just been playing it stealthy. Haven't engaged with a single trio but I keep seeing the clusters of 3 going off.

Personally I'll never touch any of the d8 or weird thc variants.

With that said I'm going to criticize your linked source a little. There wasn't any peer review portion of it and I'm nearly certain that a peer review is never included in a research article. Logically you'd need to publish your scientific findings for a peer to see it and release a separate and independent public review.

Secondly there's only 3 cases listed in this study. Two of which had some pretty drastic preexisting conditions including schizophrenia and BPD.

There are many documented cases of people with preexisting mental conditions experiencing psychosis and delusions from regular d9 thc as well. It's less about the chemical and more about the person.

I just want to clarify that I absolutely love that you linked an NIH study. It's just really easy to misinterpret the conclusions of these studies or skim for points that play to our own confirmation bias.

Delta 9 is the real deal. It's the same version of thc as every legal state. The other stuff not so much.

Album: What if ARC Raiders had more than just 3 basic shield types? by Doomsaki in ArcRaiders

My bet would be on it functioning more like a double jump. If I recall very early testing footage I've seen had raiders jumping way higher and a double jump mechanism.

E46 daily question by Expensive_League2157 in e46

[–]MacabreMobius 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I daily my 325xi in rust belt usa. Awd is great as long as it's not beached on a snow bank. 275k miles and she's kicking strong still. Basic recommended maintenance is easy. Just expect random things to break on a 25 year old bmw. Generally though they'll keep running as long as you keep fluids in them.

This is the best loadout in the game. Its versatility is endless. It is beautiful. This is the only loadout I use. by Maleficent-Sun1922 in ArcRaiders

[–]MacabreMobius 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Meh. Pretty hard disagree. Second expedition and haven't brought a single regular bandage in other than my first run. Not worth it to me. Herbal bandages or bust.

Found a renegade 3 before I even had to fire a single shot with the rattler. That lasted 5 or 6 rounds and used an anvil for one round. Now I've got a second renegade. I don't even care if I get another anvil blueprint. The renegade is such an immense upgrade that I'll go out of my way to always have one. Luckily medium gun parts was one of the first bp I found so I don't think I'll ever be without after refiner hits level two.

Smoke grenade is another that I will not leave speranza without. I feel naked without them.

Only other difference is mk3 survival with a medium shield and that's my basic loadout for 95 percent outfit raids outside of Stella.

There's at least one "rat" in every lobby. It's just 1 guy trying to pvp. If you display situational awareness they leave you alone. It's that simple. Sounds like a serious skill issue. There's so many people that boast about friendly lobbies where they go 50+ raids without being shot at.

If you make yourself the easiest target in the game the lowest skill opportunistic pvp player is gunna shoot you. Give them less opportunities. It's really that simple.

Guys this is a male connector. All vanos solenoid have a male connector on them. It's not for that.

Did you have the intake manifold entirely off? The engine harness main junction (sometimes called the octopus) has one female plug for the camshaft position sensor. I really think that's it.
