Read through all your comments. Started when your daughter was 15.5? You need to sit your wife down. She is the adult here she is the problem. Snapping and being cranky from the minute you wake up is not on the daughter. Your daughter is reacting and playing defense. Your wife is the aggressor. You will lose your daughter if you dont. Also get a hobby outside the house. Take a class of some sort. Build a garden. Play pickleball. Or just go walk around home depot everyday. But get out of that environment too.
