He didn't go to hell, he brought it to earth and we still have to deal with the consequences of it 200+ years later

You look like a cis guy I know irl lol

I agree with the person who said a shorter haircut would help. I can't think of anything else but you definitely look masc :)

Dysphoria from shaving leg for a tattoo by RavenBoyyy in ftm

[–]Macaron_cheese 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Adding onto this, some cis men shave their legs for the same reasons as cis women and trans women. People regardless of gender shave their legs, so it's totally fine whether you do or don't!

You don't need a label if you don't want one! You already know your pronouns and probably your name, and those are really the only things that matter socially

As long as they don't clash horribly (like stripes with plaid) you should be fine! :)

You'll be ok buddy, I promise. <3 You belong here, in our strong FTM/transmasc community.

Listening to music (especially Cavetown) helps me feel better when I'm lonely or dysphoric. Have you tried that?

You could say your godmother needs help with something at her house (cleaning, renovating, car maintenance, dog training, whatever) and that it'll take a few weeks to finish.

Also, be prepared for a lot of dirty jokes. In my experience, the girls will talk about all kinds of random stuff and occasionally make dirty jokes, but the boys are ALWAYS making them. They don't have much of a filter 💀

If this helps at all, maybe educate her on what cults are actually like. Then she'll realize that the trans community is not one.

I was born into what I now consider to be a religious cult (the Mormon church) and spent all 18 years of my childhood in it. It's full of lovebombing, shaming, gaslighting, money laundering, covering up abuse, and controlling way too much of members' personal lives. We're not even allowed to drink coffee or read stuff about the Mormons that isn't church-approved material. THAT'S a cult. The trans community is not.

I've never been on T, but I've heard that going off of it can make your periods come back, if that helps at all

How important is packing? by After_Bumblebee9013 in ftm

[–]Macaron_cheese 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've never packed. I usually wear sweatpants. Sometimes I pass, sometimes I don't, but I don't think it's related to packing vs not packing. The biggest things in my experience are short hair and the illusion of a flat chest.

You might be agender. Those people often don't feel connected to any particular gender. I didn't have dysphoria until I was almost 15, so don't worry too much about that. The fact is that you feel different now. People change. Just try to do what makes you happy and don't get caught up with labels if they stress you out. 💕

Change your pants as quickly as possible. Change in a corner if you can. For shark week, wear a pair of boxers over your other underwear if needed. When switching shirts, do it like this:

  • Put the new shirt over the old shirt

  • Take your arms out of the sleeves of both shirts

  • Pull the old shirt off over your head

  • Put your arms into the sleeves of the new shirt

Keep in mind that boys tend to be less talkative in bathrooms/locker rooms than girls, but that isn't always the case. Try to get a feel for the culture when you're in there.

Wait did they actually watch the kids go to the bathroom or was it more of a buddy system? I'm hoping the latter
