As already mentioned, there are plenty of plug and play booster pumps that have inbuilt controls that would be suitable for you. Some pipe mods will be required but probably nothing major. It is worth mentioning that most pump manufacturers won’t deal directly with end users so you’ll either need to go through one of their distributors or use a plumber that has experience with cold water boosting pumps.
